This supplement had done wonders for my supply and quality! I always had a good supply but since taking this (as I wanted to have more to store) it has helped a lot! Before, after a feeding I would pump .5-1 oz off both breast, now I can get almost two and just off one!! I can also tell the milk is more fatty ☺️ Highly recommend!
